QUALITY AND SUSTAINABILITY
For us at Divella, quality is paramount. This is evident from the very begin, with the careful selection of the raw materials that go into making our products.
Our pasta is produced using the highest quality semolina, 65% of which is sourced from grains cultivated and milled in Italy.
Due to the limited production of high-quality grain available within Italy, we source approximately 35% of our grain from EU and non-EU countries.
These grains are further inspected before being milled, which is essential to ensuring that all raw materials meet Divella’s strict criteria for quality.
