Statement pursuant to the Regulation EU no. 679/2016

In accordance with the Art. 13 of the Regulation EU no. 679/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data” (hereinafter the Regulation), F. Divella S.p.a. with corporate headquarters registered in Largo D. Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), as Data Controller, notifies that the processing of your Personal Data is performed with automated and manual tools in compliance with the security policies on data protection and strict confidentiality and it is carried out as a means to:

• inform you on commercial and promotional initiatives. Such information will be delivered via email, SMS or ordinary post;
• Analyse data related to your personal choices, habits, tastes and needs in order to send you information – on our initiatives as well – in line with your preferences.

The provision of your personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is not mandatory and the refusal to provide them will result in the impossibility for the Data Controller to provide the above-mentioned services.
The data collected for commercial purposes indicated in point a) and those collected for profiling purposes indicated in point b) will be stored for 2 years.
The personal data, which will not be disclosed, may be reported to third parties in the fulfilment of the above-mentioned purposes – i.e.: to mailing companies for commercial usage – and to subjects whose accessibility to data is allowed by legal provisions and/or secondary legislation. The legal basis on which data processing activities lay, is based on consent provision. Your consent can be withdrawn in any moment. Consent withdrawal will not compromise the lawfulness of the Processing Policies accepted before withdrawal.

Moreover, you are allowed to exercise the rights indicated in the Art. 13 of the Regulation and contact the Data Controller just by sending an email to divella@divella.it. You are entitled to ask about the origin of your data as well as the reason and the aim of their Processing; likewise, you have the right to ask for data cancellation or conversion into anonymous form, block them if processed illegally and even legitimately refuse their processing. Data can also be updated, rectified or, in case of interest, integrated. The right to withdraw your consent on data processing is guaranteed at any moment and its application will not compromise the lawfulness of the Processing Policies accepted before your data withdrawal. The right to data portability as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority are both guaranteed.
