We use Italian wheat from supply chain contracts that valorise the cultivation of durum wheat, and guarantee better remuneration to farmers and the application of good agricultural practices.
Our wholemeal pasta comes from milling 100% Italian grains with all their coating (bran). It is rich in fibre and an excellent source of protein. Its antioxidant properties and high digestibility make it a true pillar of the Mediterranean diet.
