Prize policy

Statement pursuant to the Regulation EU no. 679/2016

This Statement is issued in compliance with the Art. 13 of the Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereinafter Regulation); in accordance with the indicated law, data processing will be performed by respecting the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and safeguard of Your privacy and Your rights.
F. Divella S.p.a. with corporate headquarters registered in Largo D. Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), Data Controller, notifies that the processing of your Personal Data is mainly performed with automated tools and by respecting the security measures finalised to the safeguard and maximum privacy protection of the processed data and it is carried out as a means to:

• send you the prize once all shopping point have been collected; your data provision is indispensable and the refusal to provide them will cause the impossibility for the Controller to perform said activity. The legal basis on which data processing lays, aims at the implementation of the services dedicated to the Data Subject;
• Send you promotional and/or commercial information concerning our products and services as well as promotional activities dedicated to the Data Subject. Said information will be sent by email, SMS, ordinary post or telephone number you have provided; data provision is not mandatory and the refusal to provide them will cause the impossibility for the Controller to perform the above-mentioned activities. The legal basis on which data processing activities lay, is based on consent provision. Your consent can be withdrawn in any moment. Consent withdrawal will not compromise the lawfulness of the Processing Policies accepted before withdrawal.

Data used for the fulfilment of all the activities related to points collection (indicated at point 1) will be stored as long as shipping management is concerned. Data used for the fulfilment of the promotional and commercial activities (indicated at point 2) will be stored for 24 months.
The personal data, which will not be disclosed, may be reported to third parties involved in operations connected and instrumental to the fulfilment of the above-mentioned activities and to subjects whose accessibility to data is allowed by legal provisions and/or secondary legislation.
Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Finally, you are allowed to exercise your rights indicated in the Regulation by contacting divella@divella.it. Indeed, you are entitled to ask about the origin of your data as well as the reason and the aim of their Processing; moreover, you have the right to ask for Data cancellation or conversion into anonymous form, block them if processed illegally and even legitimately refuse their processing. Data can also be updated, rectified or, in case of interest, integrated. The right to withdraw your consent on Data processing is guaranteed at any moment and its application will not compromise the lawfulness of the Processing policies accepted before your data withdrawal. The right to data portability as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority are both guaranteed.
