Ingredients
Filling: ricotta (whey milk, milk cream, salt), water, tuna (18% of the filling, 9% of the total product) (katsuwonus pelamis), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, brewer's yeast, salt), sunflower oil, olives (4.5% of the filling, 2.3% of the total product), capers (3% of the filling, 1.5% of the total product), vegetable fibers (bamboo, psyllium), salt, yeast extract.
Pasta (50%): durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour type 00, eggs* (20% of the pasta, 10% of the total product), water. *from free-range farming.
