Lunette with Buffalo Mozzarella Campana PDO and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
A regional proposal that allows us to savor the typical products of Campania, featuring the combination of two ingredients with an extremely simple flavor but a rich taste. Buffalo mozzarella, typical of the Salerno and Caserta areas, made from selected milk, creates a soft and enveloping filling with a strong flavor, enhanced by the savory taste of spicy sun-dried tomatoes, a staple of the tradition.
TASTE TIP:
Serve them with a drizzle of raw extra virgin olive oil or melted butter, and a fresh basil leaf.

Ingredients
Filling: ricotta (whey milk, milk cream, salt), water, tuna (18% of the filling, 9% of the total product) (katsuwonus pelamis), breadcrumbs (soft wheat flour, brewer's yeast, salt), sunflower oil, olives (4.5% of the filling, 2.3% of the total product), capers (3% of the filling, 1.5% of the total product), vegetable fibers (bamboo, psyllium), salt, yeast extract.
Pasta (50%): durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour type 00, eggs* (20% of the pasta, 10% of the total product), water.
