  • bacon in strips, 200 g
  • smoked scamorza cheese, 150 g
  • 2 eggs
  • cooking cream, 200 ml
  • onion, 1/2

We welcome the autumn with a delicious pumpkin quiche!
1° Step
Take the pumpkin, cut it into cubes and put it aside. In a pan fry the chopped onion with a little oil, add the pumpkin, salt and pepper, cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes over high heat, stirring occasionally.
2° Step
Put the pumpkin into a graduated glass and blend it until a smooth cream is obtained. Pour the pumpkin cream in a bowl, add the cream, the eggs, the speck into strips, the smoked cheese into cubes and a pinch of pepper and blend the mixture.
3° Step
Roll out the puff pastry in a pan. Using a fork, pierce the base, add the mixture and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Remember: the pumpkin quiche should be served warm.
