This fresh and colorful salad is suitable for the summer! Parboiled Divella rice has a perfect cooking that lends itself to a thousand combinations of taste and ingredients: try it at your leisure!
1st Step
Bring to boil a pot of salted water and pour the rice; then cool it under running cold water to stop the cooking and drain well.
2nd Step
Transfer the rice in a bowl and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
3rd Step
Cut the ham into cubes and add to the rice with the peas previously cooked in a pan.
4th Step
Mixed all the ingredients, let it sit in the fridge for few hours.
