Statement pursuant to the Regulation EU no. 679/2016 for customers

This statement is issued in compliance with the Art. 13 of the Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereinafter also Regulation); in accordance with the indicated law, data processing will be performed by respecting the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and safeguard of Your privacy and Your rights.
Accordingly, F. Divella S.p.a. with corporate headquarters registered in Largo D. Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), Data Controller, notifies that the processing of your Personal Data is mainly performed with automated tools and by respecting the security measures finalised at the safeguard and maximum privacy protection of the processed data as a result of the implementation of the obligations indicated in the contract you have joined as Data Subject. Such obligations are related to administrative and accounting operations, verification of claims, statistical analysis as well as to tax compliance as stated by the law or regulation. Data provision is indispensable. Data will be stored as long as indicated in the relevant legislation. Likewise, a personal contact (telephone or mobile number) is required in order to allow us to confirm shipping and terms of supply of the product; the legal basis on which data processing stands is related to contract management and to the fulfilment of the regulatory obligations. The data, which will not be disclosed, may be reported to financial institutions to allow the management of the obligations derived from contract application; to third parties which substitute the Data Controller in activities connected and related to contract management; to institutions, consortia or associations involved in the evaluation of solvency and debt management; to subjects whose accessibility to data is allowed by legal provisions and/or secondary legislation. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

Finally, you are allowed to exercise your rights indicated in the Regulation by contacting divella@divella.it. Indeed, you are entitled to ask about the origin of your data as well as the reason and the aim of their Processing; moreover, you have the right to ask for Data cancellation or conversion into anonymous form, block them if processed illegally and even legitimately refuse their processing. Data can also be updated, rectified or, in case of interest, integrated. The right to withdraw your consent on Data processing is guaranteed at any moment and its application will not compromise the lawfulness of the Processing policies accepted before your Data withdrawal. The right to data portability as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority are both guaranteed.
