Statement pursuant to the Regulation EU no. 679/2016

F. Divella S.p.a., with corporate headquarters registered in Largo D. Divella, 1, 70018 Rutigliano (BA), Data Controller, in accordance with the Art. 13 of the Regulation EU no. 679/2016 (hereinafter Regulation), notifies that the processing of your personal data is finalised to activities such as recruitment and staff selection aimed at the creation of a working relationship or cooperation with our company.
Data provision is indispensable and the refusal to provide them will result in the impossibili ty to perform the above-mentioned activities. The legal basis on which data processing stands is related to the pre-contract activities aimed at the creation of a working relationship with our company.
The processing of your data will be performed with automated and manual tools in compliance with the security policies on data protection and strict confidentiality.
The data will not be disclosed nor shared and will be stored as long as required for the fulfilment of the activities above-mentioned and, in any case, for no more than 6 months.
Finally, you are allowed to exercise your rights indicated in the Regulation by contacting divella@divella.it.
Indeed, you are entitled to ask about the origin of your data as well as the reason and the aim of their Processing; moreover, you have the right to ask for Data cancellation or conversion into anonymous form, block them if processed illegally and even legitimately refuse their processing. Data can also be updated, rectified or, in case of interest, integrated. The right to withdraw your consent on Data processing is guaranteed at any moment and its application will not compromise the lawfulness of the Processing policies accepted before your Data withdrawal. The right to data portability as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority are both guaranteed.

In case Your CV contains particular data (i.e. data on state of health or on belonging to protected groups, etc.) you must specifically express an explicit consent for their processing by selecting the box below, otherwise F. Divella S.p.a. will not be allowed to process your data.
