Financial reliability in the agri-food sector and excellent management performance. This year, F. Divella S.p.A. is the national winner of ‘Premio Industria Felix – l’Italia che compete’. The High Budgetary Honour was awarded to the famous pasta factory in Southern Italy amongst the top ten companies with registered offices in Italy and amongst the top 122 nationally chosen ones in 18 strategic sectors. The award was assigned on the basis of objective criteria that take into account an incontrovertible competitiveness algorithm (evaluated on the basis of the deposited financial statements) of the Cerved Group Score (the financial reliability indicator of one of the most important rating agencies in Europe).
According to Cerved’s forecasts, in 2021 two sectors will drive the recovery with significant revenue growth compared to 2019: online trade (+17.1%) and innovative services (+3.2%). Despite the expected recovery after the arrival of the vaccine, in 2021 Italian companies’ revenues will remain about 10 points below the pre-Covid levels. However, the results will be highly differentiated with few sectors able to increase turnover in a two-year period due to the pandemic. “This year is the 130th anniversary of the founding of the company – declared Francesco Divella, representative of the fourth generation and Marketing Manager at F. Divella S.p.A. – and this award is even more important. It is a recognition for the Divella family and for all our employees. It fills us with pride because it enhances our work and commitment to bring the products of the Mediterranean diet to the world.”
